Justin Parsons is our Director of Instruction. Originally from Killinchy in Northern Ireland, Justin took up the sport at the age of 14. At 16 he was playing off scratch, and by the age of 23 he was a qualified PGA professional competing on the Mastercard Tour.
Justin moved to Dubai in 2004 to become an instructor at The Montgomerie. He quickly rose to Director of Instruction there, and in 2008 joined us at the new Butch Harmon School of Golf to be mentored by Butch Harmon’s son and respected coach, Claude Harmon III.
When Claude Harmon returned to the USA in 2011, he left the school in Justin’s capable hands. While taking the BHSG from strength to strength, Justin has also continued his professional development. He’s achieved Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Golf Professional Certification and become a Level 2 Junior Coach. Justin is a specialist in 3D analysis and functional movement screening, and has had success working closely with many leading players on the PGA, ET and Asian Tours.

Jamie McConnell grew up playing golf in Co Meath in Ireland. After some years playing competitively, he turned his attention to coaching with a desire to share his love of the game.
He quickly became a well-respected teacher, and over the space of five years was the head professional at Navan Golf Club and New Forest Golf Club. In 2012 Jamie moved to Spain to further his coaching skills while working with a variety of golfers, including Ladies European Tour players.
He is currently classed as an AA PGA professional, TPI Level 1 professional, and he is Ireland’s first Trackman Master certified professional.
Jamie joined us at the Butch Harmon School in September 2013.

Joe is from the famous Bronte Sisters’ village of Haworth in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. His sporting background includes football, swimming, cricket and athletics, with golf taking precedents from the age of 15. He began studying Sport Psychology and Sport Science at Glamorgan University in Wales before deciding to transfer to the Professional Golf Degree with the PGA of Great Britain and Ireland and the University of Birmingham. He is currently a class AA PGA Professional.
Joe turned Professional in 2007 and became a qualified PGA Professional in May 2010. His first 2 years as a Golf professional were spent at Branshaw Golf Club, near to Haworth, where his passion for teaching golf began. In the spring of 2010 he was appointed as a Golf Coach for The Jason Floyd Golf Academies in Madrid and Sotogrande. In August 2011, Joe began his position as PGA Teaching Professional at Sharjah Golf and Shooting Club and was promoted to Head PGA Teaching Professional in 2013. Joe joined Butch Harmon School of Golf in March 2017.

Born and raised in Scotland until she was 12, Natalie found her passion for golf at an early age. Living abroad throughout her teens, she was lucky enough to play in many school competitions in countries such as Malaysia, Bahrain, and Thailand.
After leaving school, Natalie studied and played at the Darren Clarke Golf School in Northern Ireland where she obtained a BTEC. During her time at DCGS, she completed numerous internships at the Butch Harmon School of Golf under the watchful eye of our Director of Instruction, Justin Parsons.
Natalie joined us in 2013 and is currently enrolled on the PGA Foundation Degree Course.

Allister Parlane is a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer with a passion for golf. Originally from Scotland, he is reigning champion at his home club of Helensburgh and currently plays off scratch.
After graduating from university Allister pursued a full-time career in the golfing industry. His interest in how a functional body can improve golfing performance led him to the Titleist Institute where he achieved Level 1 and 2 certifications, and then on to the Jason Floyd Golf Academy in Marbella, Spain where worked with Elite juniors on a year-long athletic development programme.
Allister joined us at the Butch Harmon School in 2016. He helps our golfers to improve their ability on the course by enhancing their fitness off it.
